Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes how payments are processed on MockTest.in ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing any test series, subscription, or paid service on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Gateway

All payments on MockTest.in are processed securely through Razorpay, one of India's leading and RBI-authorized payment gateways. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials at any time. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay on their secure, PCI-DSS compliant servers.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Through Razorpay, we accept the following payment methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps)

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)

Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro)

Net Banking (all major Indian banks)

Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and others supported by Razorpay)

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on MockTest.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices of test series and subscriptions may change from time to time; however, any change will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, your purchased test series or subscription will be activated on your registered account immediately or within a few minutes. A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number. If your purchase is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference/transaction ID.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

In case a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the amount is generally auto-refunded by your bank/Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If a transaction remains pending, please wait 30 minutes before retrying. If the amount is not reversed within 7 working days, contact us with your transaction details and we will assist you in resolving it with Razorpay.

6. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

MockTest.in never asks for your card details, OTP, or PIN over phone, email, or WhatsApp. Please do not share these details with anyone claiming to represent us.

7. Invoices & Receipts

A payment receipt is generated for every successful transaction and sent to your registered email. For a GST invoice or any billing-related query, please write to us at [email protected].

8. Subscription & Renewal

Purchases on MockTest.in are one-time payments valid for the duration specified with the respective test series or plan. We do not auto-debit or auto-renew any subscription without your explicit action and consent.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account or transaction that we suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
