2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and make purchases on the Platform. If you are below 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information (name, email, mobile number) at the time of registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each account is for individual use only. Sharing your account with others, or allowing multiple users to access one account, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Services & Purchases
MockTest.in offers both free and paid content. Paid test series and subscriptions are activated upon successful payment and remain valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, as described in our Payment Policy.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any test series, features, or pricing at any time. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, download, screenshot, record, distribute, sell, or share any test questions, solutions, or other content from the Platform in any form.
Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Platform.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or other users' accounts.
Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts using false information.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund, and may attract legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including test questions, solutions, explanations, analytics, text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of MockTest.in or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content solely for your own exam preparation. No content may be reused, republished, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
7. Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to ensure that our mock tests reflect the latest exam patterns and syllabi and that solutions are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or identical to actual examinations. Mock test scores are for practice and self-assessment only — we make no guarantee of selection, rank, or success in any actual examination. Users are advised to verify official exam patterns, syllabi, and notifications from the respective conducting authorities.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control (such as internet or server outages). We are not liable for any loss arising from such interruptions, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockTest.in, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or exam-related outcomes — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In any event, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MockTest.in and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination due to breach does not entitle you to any refund.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including the Razorpay payment gateway). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms and policies.
14. Changes to These Terms

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.
